Following the largest and most successful COWGIRL 30 Under 30 Leadership Summit in our organization's history, COWGIRL Magazine is proud to officially launch the COWGIRL Leadership Academy.

What began as a simple idea—to connect, recognize, and elevate women across the Western industry—has grown into something much larger. The Academy is the next step in that journey.
